What will you be doing?
You’ll be working on complex electrical projects that involve a wide range of operations. These include cable pulling, sealing cable penetrations (Roxtec/MCT), mounting and connecting electrical equipment such as pumps, valves, sensors, distribution panels, monitoring/alarm panels, navigation and control consoles, lighting systems, and acoustic monitoring.
You’ll also perform connections for CAT 7 and fiber optic cables, as well as carry out CWC measurements, depending on project requirements.
Your activity will take place in our two locations in Romania: Galați and Mangalia. In addition, a large part of our projects are carried out in shipyards in the Netherlands, as well as in other shipyards within or outside the European Union.

At Alewijnse, we invest in training. Our certified Training Center in Galați prepares future marine electricians, as well as specialists looking to further refine their skills in the maritime field.
The program is open to those seeking a qualification, as well as to already qualified individuals who need additional specialization. The center also supports the ongoing skill development of our internal teams.

– has completed technical secondary education (vocational school or high school in an electrical/electrotechnical field);
– knows how to organize their time and prioritize tasks;

– has at least 4 years of experience in the electrical or electrotechnical field.
