What will you be doing?
To expand our close-knit Finance team, we are looking for a Finance Assistant. In this varied role, you will share responsibility for checking, recording and processing financial data for our Dutch entities.
You will be a key link within the financial administration team and will work closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Thanks to your accuracy, sense of responsibility and proactive attitude, you will ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and reliably. In this role, you will report to the Financial Administration Team Leader.
What you will be doing:

Checking, recording and processing purchase invoices;

Processing timesheets;
-
Requesting or processing credit limits;

Accounts receivable management;

Assisting with month-end closing;

Supporting various (audit) checks;
-
Various treasury tasks (including cash flow forecasting);

Process improvements in financial administration.

Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys working with figures, keeps track of the big picture and gets energy from ensuring that the administration is accurate down to the last detail. You are not afraid to make decisions. You also have strong communication skills and proactively contribute ideas for process improvements.

You have completed a vocational or higher vocational education programme in a financial or administrative field;

You are proficient in administrative software; knowledge of Business Central is an advantage;

You have experience and an affinity for project administration;

You have knowledge of Microsoft Office;

You have a good command of both Dutch and English;

You have a healthy sense of humour.
