What will you do?
Alongside a team of electricians and apprentices, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical installations at a fixed site for a client in the meat processing industry. No two days are the same: you’ll combine hands-on technical work with leadership, guiding your team and acting as the primary contact on site.
Your role includes:

Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting, including motors, PLCs and frequency inverters

Leading and supervising your team on the shop floor

Preparing, distributing, and monitoring tasks and progress

Acting as the first point of contact for both the client and colleagues

Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all work
Some tasks may take place on shifted schedules or during weekends (occasionally).

What you bring:

A level 3 vocational diploma (MBO-3) in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation

At least 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems

Familiarity with standards such as NEN1010 and NEN3140

A flexible attitude to work and availability

Strong communication skills
-
A valid driving licence (category B)
