What will you be doing?

You are the driving force behind customer satisfaction. Together with the team, you work on both smaller and larger service assignments, handling not only warranty-related work but also ad hoc requests such as malfunctions and repairs. You manage several superyachts in terms of work preparation, execution, and coordination. In general, you work from an office location, but visiting customers is also part of your role.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the work in coordination with the customer regarding preparation and execution;

  • Guide customers and their teams to ensure the superyacht owner receives an optimal customer experience;

  • Ensure an efficient process when service and warranty work needs to be carried out after the delivery of vessels;

  • In addition to supporting your colleagues, you also advise other stakeholders in project environments to safeguard quality;

  • Prepare reports for your assigned project(s) on activities, progress, and outlook;

  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer and keep stakeholders informed, both internally and externally.

Who are you?

You have experience in a service-oriented role. Electrical engineering knowledge of ships is a plus, but a strong (electro)technical background will also take you far. We will then train you to further develop the specific knowledge and skills required for the maritime sector. Service, organization, and coordination are familiar skills for you, and you handle them with ease.

  • At least an MBO-4 diploma, preferably in Electrical Engineering;

  • Practical experience in service delivery;

  • Commercial, communicative, and organizational skills;

  • A solution-oriented mindset;

  • Stress-resistant;

  • Knowledge of ships / maritime industry is a plus.
