Support the daily operations of our international organization by ensuring efficient administrative processes, professional office coordination, and excellent internal support that contribute to the success of our business.

What will you be doing?

As our Administration Officer, you are responsible for supporting the daily administrative and organizational activities that enable the business to operate efficiently and professionally.

You operate at the intersection of administration, communication, and business support. In doing so, you ensure that administrative processes, documentation, and internal coordination are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures. You work closely with colleagues across different departments to provide administrative support and contribute to a well-organized working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update administrative records, documents, and company databases

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and business schedules

  • Monitor administrative processes and ensure compliance with company procedures

  • Provide administrative support to employees, management, and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

  • Identify administrative improvements and support process optimization

  • Support general office management and other administrative activities when required

Who are you?

We are looking for an organized and service-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting business operations and working in an international environment.

You bring:

  • A vocational, college, or bachelor’s degree in administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Experience in administration, office support, or a similar position

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems

  • The ability to work accurately and handle confidential information professionally

  • A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented working style

  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
